Rules have been developed by the board of directors for providing consistency in the exterior look and beauty of the condominiums. We have established rules for matters like landscape changes, the color of stains for decks and shutters, safety hand rails for front door steps, and the approved choice for a front-door storm door.
The board requires requests for modifications or additions to the exterior appearance of your condominium to be submitted for approval by the board, and we try to make sure all residents are keeping changes consistent with approved guidelines.
