About the Gardens of Notting Hill

The Gardens of Notting Hill is a deed-restricted, privately-held community of condominiums that is located in eastern Jefferson County along Shelbyville Road.  Currently, there are 26 custom designed owner residences.  8 acres of common area provides scenic vistas.  The Gardens are uniquely designed to appeal to people with high aesthetic standards.  All the condominium units are built with very similar features on only one street (Pembridge Court) with a cul-de-sac at the end. Thus, traffic on Pembridge Court is never a problem.  However, we share the common areas of a much larger development, the Notting Hill subdivision, that consists of 184 single family homes, and the Villas of Chadwick made up of 44 beautiful garden homes.

The Gardens of Notting Hill Condominium Association (GNHCA) continually strives to preserve and enhance the overall value of each homeowner's individual property and the community as a whole.  The improvements to existing residences and common areas, are held to a strict set of covenants that include adhering to the overall look and quality, as originally developed for the neighborhood.  The Gardens provide a high quality of living for the neighborhood through well-supervised maintenance and beautification programs.  A safe and secure environment for all our residents and homes is one of our highest priorities.

The Gardens development began in 2016 and was completed in February 2023.  The condo structures are a combination of 12 standalone units and 7 duplex units.  Responsibility for the condominium association was turned over by the builder on November 1, 2022. The five-member board of directors meets on a monthly basis to discuss issues and make decisions to manage the affairs of the association.
