Gardens of Notting Hill Condominium Association

The Gardens is made up of single family and duplex condominium units within the boundaries of the Notting Hill subdivision in eastern Jefferson County. The units have been custom designed in various sizes and floor plans to the specifications of the original homeowners. This website is being published, not only for the benefit of the members of the Gardens of Notting Hill Condominium Association, but also for the public to see what a lovely place our residents have near the rural environment and horse farms of Shelby County, Kentucky.

The Gardens is located two blocks off Shelbyville Road in the Notting Hill subdivision about 500 yards from the Shelby County line. Middletown, KY/Gene Snyder Fwy is about a five-mile drive to the west, and Simpsonville, KY is four miles to the East. It is such a great location because it is away from the noise and congestion of Middletown, yet it is very accessible to all the shopping and restaurants that are located in both directions. We take advantage of cheaper gasoline in Shelby County and have access to Interstate 64 in both directions.
